We offer a complimentary shipping and returns service to any UK address. Kindly note that all Rolex and Tudor models are currently unavailable to purchase online. For security purposes, Finance orders can only be shipped to the billing address.
Please allow 1 working day for your order to be processed, followed by a delivery period of 3 to 5 working days.
Returns
In the instance that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order to arrange a collection from your address. Please ensure that the product(s) are unworn and in their original selling condition, with all paperwork and tags included. Collections can be arranged from Monday to Friday, by 6 pm (excluding Bank holidays).
Click & Collect
Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, we are currently unable to offer our standard Click & Collect service in all our London boutiques.
Change of Address
To update your delivery address, please contact us by emailing help@bucherer.com. This service is currently unavailable for all orders placed with Finance.
